DUTCH TEX WILLER HOMEPAGE
MY COLLECTION
I will not claim that I have the largest Tex Willer collection in Holland, but over the years I have collected quite a few books. It all started in the late 1970s. Each Saturday there was a market in the centre of my hometown Dordrecht. Right in the middle of that market, near the statue of Arie Scheffer (Dutch painter), there used to be a market stall selling second hand comic books. In the back of that stall a box could be found with Tex Willer books, 50 cents each (original Dutch cents - not Euro-cents!). I must have been 8 or 9 years old back then. Over the last 25 years I have collected all Dutch Tex Willer books. For sure, numbers 5 and 6 were the most difficult to find, but once there was internet, these were found pretty soon. Below you will find an extensive list of my collection.
THE NETHERLANDS All books ever published in Holland are in my collection, all of them first editions and in near-mint condition. I also have all known "Tex Willer books with strange pricing" (see elsewhere on this site). AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR SALE: I always have many Dutch Tex Willer books for exchange purposes, usually all numbers between 7 and 128 are available, older numbers are a bit more difficult. I will be happy to exchange them....with you?
